En el mundo empresarial, o particularmente en la realización de un negocio, la aplicación de una estrategia, la omisión de información relevante o la desinformación, puede ser beneficiosa económicamente y más aún en el contexto internacional. En efecto, se podría decir que un negocio ha sido bueno no solo porque se han beneficiado ambas partes sino porque uno ha sacado mayor provecho (desde el punto de vista de éste último). Por lo tanto, las organizaciones sean Multinacionales, trasnacionales o globales, suponen que, en sus principios, de consideran los diferentes tipos de caracterizaciones que inciden ampliamente en los negocios, obteniendo de esta forma una mayor gama de información, para poder tener una idea mejor acabada sobre cómo marchan las empresas. Entendiéndose que todo esto depende del tipo y el sector al cual pertenecen, considerando factores que podrían ser de mayor importancia que otros, pero esto deberá ser evaluado y establecido por los gerentes como parte de su estrategia de gestión. Es por ello, que se debe monitorear las tendencias actuales de los negocios Internacionales, que servirán como sistema de alerta de los procesos claves, para poder generar acciones correctivas como preventivas a tiempo. Esta asignatura tiene como objetivo general Desarrollar competencias en los futuros profesionales para operar en el ambiente de los Negocios Internacionales, capaces de enfrentar con éxito el proceso de globalización, el cual es expansivo, explosivo e indetenible, Fundamentándose en una visión integradora, amplia y creativa de las diferentes variables (Económicas, Políticas, Sociales, Ecológicas, Culturales, entre otras). que hoy por hoy son paradigmas en la sociedad donde se desenvolverá en el mundo empresarial. Situación que le da a esta asignatura un carácter de pertinencia con respecto a las necesidades del Estado, la región, el país y el mundo, considerando para ello, aspectos más significativos del comercio exterior, la logística internacional, el impacto del entorno, la gerencia estratégica; los aspectos legales que tienen impacto importante en la protección o perjuicio
