This course is designed to provide students with practical knowledge on developing a cloud platform using a virtual server. The student will also understand the different technology models for cloud computing. Also, understanding hosting using your cloud equipment and services. Students will have a better understanding of hybrid private and public services, in addition to SasS, PasS, IaaS, and DaaS. A built cloud service will be the final project.
This course is designed to give students practical knowledge about designing
cloud-native systems with the fundamental building blocks of Cloud Computing
such as virtual machines and containers. Students will also understand and use
different services available in Amazon Web Services including: IAM, EC2, S3,
ELB, RDS, Route 53, SNS, Lambda, etc. The student will also understand the
different technology models for cloud computing and gain insight of hybrid,
private and public services, in addition to SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.
