Este introduce a los estudiantes al entorno económico actual en el que las organizaciones, con o sin ánimo de lucro, y los fundamentos de la planificación financiera corporativa. Lo anterior, con énfasis en los conceptos que son fundamentales para el diagnóstico, la planificación, la toma de decisiones, y la gestión financiera en general de las empresas de la salud. Cada participante deberá desarrollar desde la primera semana, su Portafolio del curso que construirá semanalmente conforme con el plan de actividades semanales que están programadas y que se describen en este programa. Antes de iniciar las actividades del curso, por favor realice su presentación personal ante los participantes del curso, que incluya su experiencia profesional, sus objetivos académicos y profesionales, y sus expectativas del este curso. Este es el primer paso para comenzar a construir su Portafolio del curso.
