This course will introduce you to healthcare financial management, including healthcare accounting and financial statements, managing financial information and decision-making process, financial environment of healthcare organizations, budgeting, capital investment and analysis and so forth. The course also covers such fundamental concepts as principles of financial accounting, the interpretation of financial statements analysis, and the pricing evaluation method under the healthcare industry.
You will also get exposure of how legal and regulatory issues shape and define good financial management of a healthcare organization.
