This course will introduce you to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship
from concept creation, to vetting ideas as a viable business model, drafting a comprehensive
business plan, and presenting your “pitch” presentation. You will learn what it
takes to start a business through active participation, launching a new venture
of your choosing. You will be immersed in formulating a series of assumptions
about starting a company and performing experiments to validate those
assumptions. This course requires you to “get out of the building.” Much of
your work will be done outside of the classroom working with your peers.
