This course provides an advanced and practical exploration of Microsoft 365 cloud services, focusing on the strategic planning, deployment, configuration, governance, and security of enterprise cloud environments. Students will develop the technical and analytical competencies required to design and manage Microsoft 365 infrastructures, including identity and access management, collaboration platforms, communication systems, compliance tools, and security controls.
The course integrates real-world business scenarios, cloud migration strategies, Zero Trust principles, and governance frameworks to prepare students for industry-recognized certification pathways and enterprise-level cloud administration roles.
Students will work with Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams/Skype for Business, Azure Active Directory, security and compliance tools, and cloud governance mechanisms. Emphasis is placed on applied decision-making, risk mitigation, secure deployment models, and business alignment.
Given the technical and strategic depth of the course, students are expected to actively engage in simulations, case-based assignments, collaborative analysis, and hands-on configuration exercises throughout the term.
