In this course, the student will explore the fundamental principles of law applicable to business transactions. Topics include contracts, sales contracts (UCC Codes), government regulations, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Tort Law, Property Law, Contracts and Agreements, Forms of Business Organizations, Employment and Discrimination Law.
