This course teaches the key elements to enable IT professionals to become project managers, that is, provide professionals with the project management skills needed to better manage IT projects.
The course
covers topics of the basic concepts of IT project management, like initiating,
planning, controlling, executing, and closing projects.

This course is designed to give students hands-on, practical knowledge of the development of a cloud platform using a virtual server. The student will also understand the different technology models for cloud computing. In addition, the understanding of hosting using their equipment and provided cloud services to clients. The students will have a better understanding of Hybrid, Private and Public services in addition SasS, PasS, IaaS, and DaaS. A cloud service built will be the final project.
