This course will provide the student with second part introduction to Service Management in general, and preparation in ITIL Foundation specifically. The focus will be on ITIL Foundation level and introduce the student to managing IT so that it is a revenue producer for the firm, rather than a cost center. This is the core goal of the service management approach.
