Students will delve into various legal frameworks, confidentiality regulations, and legislative amendments in healthcare. Ethical issues such as informed consent, patient rights, end-of-life issues, reproductive health, and global perspectives on ethical dilemmas are critically analyzed. The course develops the ability to navigate healthcare systems ethically while balancing patient rights, healthcare access, and technological advancements.
