This course provides the student with a survey of the concepts, tools and applications in the field of Enterprise Project Management.
The Bachelor of Business Administration prepares students to face the advanced management and administrative challenges encountered in the current large scale and/or complex high-tech global organizations. In particular, provides technically and operationally- oriented professionals with the skills necessary to effectively and efficiently manage large-scale enterprise projects and continuously improve related organizational processes and procedures.
Complementing classes on Enterprise Project Management, the courses in the program are designed to provide the student with superior skills in online communications, financial management and business law that are needed to compete in the rapidly developing, highly competitive field of global business management.
