Making analytics and metrics easy for employees to use, help people within companies understand business and achieve success. A business intelligence (BI) and Analytics strategy empowers employees with the right information at the right time. The result? Insightful business knowledge with the ability to anticipate change and uncover new opportunities.

We will look into Information Management as the big umbrella for Business Intelligence, Enterprise Performance Management, Advanced Analytics and Data Management. Within Data Management, we will look, of course, into Big Data with structured data and unstructured data as its two main sources of information. We will spend some time discussing the role of Social Media as a key actor and player in the unstructured data space.

This course will be a mix of LAB and Theory. One day LAB and one day Theory each week.
