Business Technology
Applications is designed to provide students with skills in computer
technology and business applications in business. The emphasis is on
understanding and using integrated software with basic business applications.
This course utilizes computers as a business tool through the use of database,
spreadsheet, word-processing, and presentation software, along with internet
research. The student will use computing tools to
understand the requirements, learn the fundamental architecture and how to
operate an ecommerce site. The final project will combine all the learning into
a real case, and the students are expected to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint,
and other tools as required/desired to product the final document.

This course will familiarize students with mobile devices and technology used by carriers. Students will identify data that can be retrieved from mobile devices, such as cell phones, smart phones, and GPS devices. Recovered and analyzed data will include address books, call logs, text messages, video files, audio files, and Internet history. Students will correlate data with records from Network Service Providers, e.g., call phone service carriers. Students will apply industry best practices to evidence collection and analysis with hands-on exercises using current tools.

relevantes para abordar las necesidades futuras de la misión, comunicar
información vital a las partes interesadas, proporcionar la parte técnica del
plan general del programa (costo y cronograma) y obtener un sólido apoyo
ejecutivo. Debe ser la base para un diálogo tecnológico continuo entre el
